We had an amazing stay. When we checked in on August 8th, the staff was super friendly. Every time we came across a staff member we were greeted with smiles and hellos. Our room was bigger than I thought it would be. Had a cozy feeling to it. The bed was so comfortable. We were there for a concert and the hotel offered a shuttle service, there was a charge but it was definitely cheaper than parking at the venue.

Good location but that's about it. The hotel is well past its prime and is quite beat up. Everything is dated and there are no amenities such as coffee in the room. This hotel makes it work due to events in the area as the location is pretty good but you will have to lower your standards before you get here.

Stayed here for a concert at Gillette. Front desk staff was courteous but the rest left a lot to be desired. At first entry to the room, it appeared clean and in decent shape. However, when we turned back the bedding we found debris?/crumbs? in the bed. Called down to the front desk and they had someone come change the bed, but that should never be the case.
