Stayed here for three nights during the Ryder Cup. Location is about two blocks from the JFK/Airtrain as well as LIRR and subway. Not the best of neighborhoods but i made the walk every day and didn't encounter any problems. Everyone at the check in desk was very helpful and my room was ready prior to check in time. Room was small buts its NY. Room was clean and to my surprise was cleaned very day of my stay. If I ever have business in the city again I will probably stay here again.
Good hotel. They had upgraded the hotel room and provided complementary drinks and snacks.Hotel is at walking distance from Jamaica airtrain station. Complementary tea/coffee facility is also there near reception.
If I could give this hotel zero stars. I surely would! The parking was terrible as well As the rooms the walls were beat up with holes and it appeared to have crayon markings on the wall. The floor had lots of paint markings and the rug needed to be thrown out or vacuumed if possible. The receptionist was no help just there to get a paycheck of course! The tables needed to be dusted as long strains of hair hang from the lamps
Very comfortable and accommodating. Not a great neighborhood. Close to airport.
