It wS not the fanciest place but the front dest lady & housekeeper were nice. It’s located by plenty of stores too & places to eat. I can’t really complain.
It is 2:30 am and there are people outside of my room, literally RIGHT out side of my room VERY loud and I cannot sleep. This should constitute an automatic refund or something. Ihave ot be up at 7am. Thi is unfair and i paid for my room like everyone else yet this loud group is literallly right outside of my room. This is the job of staff, who seemed too worried about me smoking in my room(I do'nt even smoke) than they are about keeping the rooms quiet and safe.
The place is fine if you're staying for a day or two but it don't offer anything .
Absolutely terrible. Stains on the blanket. Some looked like pee and some looked like blood. There was cockroaches and the shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. First time at a red roof. Never again.
Rebecca at the front desk was very courteous and professional. I explained it was my first trip to York PA and she made me feel at home and at ease after driving for 10 hours. Thank you Rebecca!
