The staff was friendly the breakfast was okay there was no hot water then my shower won't shut off and there was no place for food to be delivered except for Domino's Pizza they call themselves Red Roof in the roofs weren't even red they were Gray. If it wasn't for the price Expedia gave me I would not have ever stayed there!!!!!
Reasonable price with a great location. They are in the process of renovating. Free breakfast and very close to the Magnolia Silo’s!
Great location by Baylor Stadium. Liked the Manager. Was efficient and gave great restaurant suggestions and directions.Value was good for location.
Apparently, this establishment does not honor disabled veterans license plates (which by the way is state and federal law) and threatened to have a disabled vet's car towed from a disabled parking space.
Musty, stinky, not clean...just terrible..we stayed 10 minutes and left...they did not even give us our money back...for two nights stay...If I could give it a Zero, I would...Front girl was very nice though,not her fault she works for a place that doesn't care...she did say she was sorry...
Good for the money but the room did have a musty smell! I had my dog with me and the grassy area was full of stickers and needed to be mowed. The stickers got between her toes and made them bleed! Otherwise, the stay was good!
After dealing with your custom rep for booking a room in Waco, I'm super disappointed that your employee would treat a customer so poorly. She raised her voice, repeatedly told me I was wrong with my information although I was reading from your website and then when I tried to explain to her what the site (not third party) read and she yelled back and then disconnected the call.
