Fantastic staff that makes you feel special.
Stay a week the room is a dump and dirty. A/C was poor,micro wave did not work fridge was cool not cold. The bed sheets were not changed and was told you had to request to have room cleaned and second request was ignored. This place is not recomended by me.
Pictures and star rating, enough said. Unclean. I reserved for 3 days, reported the conditions to front desk immediately upon reviewing the room and i was told i was obligated for the 1 night but to check out before 11am and report it for a refund. I did that, now they're saying the room was perfect and no refund and that they're putting me on a do not rent list so other hotels will not let me rent ! Staff’s very helpful & the general area is nice n quiet.
Comfortable and clean rooms. Perfect if you are traveling with a pet.
