They checked me in knowing there was a broken water line charged me $85. My room had NO WATER, No trash cans, for a smoking room there was No ashtray, yes I called the front desk No answer I called the phone # No answer was told I'd have water by morning guess my morning is different cause I still had No water to shower when I asked for $30 back i was told I can only do $20 WORST HOTEL FRANCHISE EVER, NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED!!

Lady at the desk said she couldn’t access the internet so she couldn’t see our prepaid reservation from Hotels.com. Said we needed to go elsewhere after she made a personal attack on me about “the way I smell bad”. I have never been treated so poorly in my life at a hotel. Absolutely appalling. Thank goodness LaQuinta was next door to help us after all day in the car!
Horrible place and the "manager" lady at the front desk is extremely rude!! I heard her yelling at a customer and telling him he smells... Cannot believe what I was hearing. So rude!!!
The worst customer service ever!!! What a terrible place and person at the front desk. Never again!!
