Hotel Suddenly Canceled Reservation at 1 AM My wife and I booked a room with our credit card through the official Red Roof Inn website (not a third party site). Just after landing at Dulles and picking up our rental car at 1 AM, I received an email saying that our reservation had been canceled. I instantly called the hotel and was treated horribly: the receptionist rudely and repeatedly said that “the hotel is fully booked” despite my attempts to discuss the reservation. Great location. There is a sports bar/restaurant across the street. Walking distance to convenience stores. The rooms are clean and quiet with great bedding. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. A great place to stop. The hotel is pet friendly (we had to have $50 charge authorization) and the people who work here are very friendly.
Ms Denise was wonderful great communication and very informative. Lucky to have her.
Terrible staff no privacy but also not eager to accommodate ..doors don't work..bathroom fan loud and busted.. nosey rude staff...refrigerator leaking... worst hotel experience I had in years
