There were many things that were not acceptable. We had a room right next to the door to the stairs and it would slam shut anytime someone used it (which was quite a lot in the middle of the night). It would wake us up every time. So we took matters into our own hands and placed a towel up at the top of the door to soften it. Yes, we did mention it to the front desk and they did nothing. The staff there included Mr.Jay were very friendly. They made sure our stay was comfortable. You get what you pay for. The prices are reasonable.

I typically do not book budget-friendly hotels, but because I just needed somewhere to lay my head and was traveling with a small pet, my choices were limited. I simply needed a clean, quiet place to rest each night. After reading reviews, I chose this hotel over another option even though my gut kept telling me to pick the other hotel but because the woman working the front desk at checkout/booking was incredibly nice I chose here.
