I booked my this hotel yesterday. After booking I called the hotel and requested a first floor room for me and my dogs. One is a service dog. The guy told me I was all set. I get here today and after sitting in my truck for an hour waiting for the check in time the guy tells me he doesn’t have a first floor room after calling the day before about the room and being told I was all set. Also not a big parking lot either. Waste of time and very unprofessional.

Management is at best incompetent, at worst crooks. Don't stay here if you value being able to sleep in a room you have already paid for.

The room was very clean but the downfall is floors are very slippery in the room. No carpet or rugs. The other is the tv works crappy Internet is very weak and will buff more than you see the show watching. Unless you have hotspot wifi forget watching tv. We rented this room during the hurricane. We live on a boat and was evacuated. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Not impressed with the area. Reminds you of the ghetto.

Rooms are filthy had to ask for a mop to mop my floor as my shoes literally stuck to the floor! Roaches! Customer service is 3rd world! No blankets just duvet covers, no towels, no wash rags they told us they don’t have any! The made lulu was the best part of this filth! She gave me the broken mop and bucket! I have videos and pictures!!!
