This hotel leaves much to be desired. Front desk help was asleep at the desk at 7:10 am. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, juice, cereal, and muffins, but there were no spoons available with which to eat cereal. A toaster was available, but there was nothing to toast. Pool was closed due to maintenance issues. We killed roaches in our room. They charge a $50 deposit upon check-in that we didn't know about. CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL.

All the staff is super kind. The room was spacious and clean. I had the deluxe king with kitchen. The kitchen was good size and had a larger fridge. Please note if you get same room there are no pots and pans so bring your traveling items. The walls must be extra insulated because even with them being fully booked I did not hear a thing! Will be booking for future trips!

Room was not ready at check in, however, manager took care of it promptly. Room was huge, bed was clean and comfortable. Overall, the room was nice. If we were in Pensacola Fl again, we would probably stay here again. I have no comments on other amenities as we were only here for one night.
