If I could give 0 stars I would. Rented this room after 14 hours on the road, walked into a room with stained bed sheets/pillowcases, actual dirt (at least I hope it was just dirt) in the the bed sheets, pubic hair in the tub, moldy trash in on the closet shelves and old shampoo that had been spilled on the bathroom counter and floor. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and I was quickly told it wasn't their problem since I booked through a 3rd party and to take it up with them. Things were a little sketchy when we first came in. But we were hopeful. When we got to the room, there was a hole in the ceiling where there was a leak. There were roaches on the floor the sheets had stains and cigarette burns on them. The faucet was torn off. We asked for a refund, and they proceeded to have us look at two other rooms to see if they were acceptable.They were in very similar conditions. A few bugs are unavoidable i get it. The entire motel was out of additional towels. 2 sets only pee room allowed, we reserved a room for 3. I had the dingiest pillowcase in the hotel. Stay elsewhere until they udate,upgrade or demolish this place. Bring your own pillowcase, towels and dignity.

My Mardi Gras trip was almost completely ruined thanks to this hotel’s false advertising and shockingly substandard business practices.
