The management of this property is very poor. They are NOT customer focused and will do little to nothing to help guests. They run their motel like the city is under Marshal Law! I went to visit a friend who needed help and was told on my SECOND visit I was not allowed because there was too much traffic? My friend went down to understand the situation bc only 3 people had even visited her that week. The rooms are decent, it need some better cleaning. The service was ok considering what they offer. The location is got everything you need around. The pool was not able to be used, not sure why, it looked clean for the most part.
No bathroom door, crumbs in my bed found dirty towels on floor hair in towels
