I stayed at Red Roof Inn & Suites Mobile SW – I-10 and found the room to be in unacceptable condition. Upon lifting the mattress, there was visible debris and trash beneath the bed frame, including cigarette butts, a used battery, food wrappers, and other refuse (see photos). The room felt dingy and damp, and there was human hair present on the bed, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards. I don’t usually bother writing bad reviews, but feel I need to give a warning on this one. First, the good part…the front desk attendants were very kind and helpful (to the best of their ability to address these issues). We pre-booked and paid for two weekends in a row since we were traveling through Mobile to Texas, then back home again. We had two rooms booked for each of our days. I have never left a bad review, however in this case I believe it is necessary due to the lack of responsibility to properly resolve a situation on the part of this location. So I feel this is the only way to let potential patrons to know what they are signing up for. The room was unacceptably dirty , as well as many things not properly working.
