The only problem was we were by the outside door because we had a pet and people were going in and out until late at night and slamming the door. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it and it needed desperate work on the doors and could use painting. Beds were comfortable staff was very friendly and helpful. You check in on a monitor which was different but someone was there to help you thru it who was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again but get a different room .
Nia gave me a great check in service. Rooms are nice and very big.
