Hotel lost power in 7 rooms by what the receptionist said. I asked if possibly we could transfer rooms to one that has power and she got aggravated that I asked and with attitude told me no. I requested a refund so I can go across the street that has power and hopefully sleep and I was told that they don't do refunds, that I had to call corporate. Go back upstairs in lit up hallways with AC to a dark hot room to call corporate which tell me they cannot refund me my money that the location has to do it. I go back downstairs t... read more

Advertise breakfast. But doesn't serve breakfast. But still charge the same as other hotels. Will second guess red roof when choosing hotels from now on.

Anyone that rents a room there will regret it instantly. The front counter lectured me upon arriving to rent a room for the night about it being a non-smoking facility as the entire building was filled with the aroma of freshly smoked marijuana. Against my best judgement I got a room 215 to be exact thankfully I decided to check the bed for bugs or anything else unexpected and it was as bad or worse than I expected in my mind of a room from hell.
