This a very good place to stay close to the UNT camus. The hotel smelled good, loookef clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would say good value and convience make a good hotel a great one. To the parents coming to see their kids I would highly recommend this hotel.

Barely meets the minimum standards for a hotel. It’s much easier to indicate the only thing i did like about the hotel and that was that its pet friendly and the property is well lit at night. Besides that we were greeted with the delightful smell of marijuana from our neighbors across the hall throughout the 3rd floor all night. Very hospitable and kind in every sense of the word‼️It was a pleasure staying at this facility besides its close to the interstate without truly being in the way; which is very convenient. If I need to will definitely come back again.
