Rooms were clean but plain. My room had no refrigerator, no microwave, no blow dryer, no coffee machine, no iron and ironing board, and no breakfast. I was told that not all rooms have those amenities which I thought was very weird. It made my trip kinda unpleasant because I depend on those items when I go on trips. I would like for this red roof to at least to advertise what people are really renting. Adjust the price for the plain rooms u are renting out at least.
Supposed to have hot tub. But no !!!! Down for more than a week !! Helloo !!!! Put it in ur post. Remodeling undetway , shower has mold . staff rude ! Dont bother ,!!!!!
Worst desk clerk in history. "Bella". Called because I was awakened at 1 am by a loud Mexican party going on next door. After trying to fall asleep for hours I finally called at 1:00 am and she hung up on me. I called back and she threatened to call the police on me, a quiet paid guest. Not once did she make any effort to resolve the loud noise issue. She needs to be terminated. 20 year hospitality pro review
We had to stay here for a month because my fiance got a job in Corpus. The staff was very friendly and kept up with cleaning our room. Lina at the front desk was amazing. She made us feel at home. Great value hotel especially if you have a dog because there's no extra fee.
