Does that explain why your desk was unattended for so long? What if i was there to rent a room? A owner making excuses for shitry service is very telling.

This is t going to be the nicest hotel room you’ve ever stayed in, but what do you expect. For this price, we couldn’t have asked for more. The staff was extremely friendly, once they heard we had three people they made the pullout bed and everything before we got there without us asking. Clean rooms, great location, and again, great staff. I stayed on the pullout bed and it wasn’t great, but not awful. The other beds they said are good but stuff. Again, couldn’t ask for more.
