Stayed at this location and wish I would've read the reviews 1st. 1st night, I was unknowingly in a room where the door didn't lock properly. If you know the area, you know it's not that safe and access to the room is from outside. When I returned that night and found out, I reported it to the front desk. He checked, couldn't fix it and had me come back to the front desk. Then he gave me a key to another room. No apologies, just heres another room. Great place to stay
DISAPPOINTING! I specifically asked for the ground floor room as I was traveling with an elderly veteran. Young Indian girl at check-in did not inform me that they do not have a 1st floor available, put me on the 3rd floor as far away from the stairs or elevator. Stairs looked like they're about to collapse, ledges were unsafe and damaged from rain. No ice bucket in the room, TV remote is NOT for the TV but for the satellite dish so it does not turn tv on or off so they have to come to your room to input the dish. No resraur... read more
