Our room was well-maintained and comfortable; no complaints. The hotel is centrally situated with easy access to the shopping districts and restaurants, both chain and local. There is also an amazing view of the city from the balcony, at least on the side we stayed on. The winding road up to the hotel adds a certain charm to the place, and the front desk staff were kind and understanding. The ladies working the lobby late at night at the St Clairsville, OH location were lovely and friendly even att 11PM! The location is convenient right off the highway, AND very quiet. Nearly slept in! Very clean accommodations. Only complaint was a missing piece in my room's coffee maker, but a very small complaint.
