Stayed here on the way to Illinois, booked through hotels.com. When I got there at 3am, girl said hotels.com reservation did not show even after I showed proof of receipt and payment, she made me book a new room, double charging me. I’ve been trying for 5 days to get ahold with the manager, who apparently is never there. Nobody has helped me get my money back.
Very clean place at a very good price
The AC unit had 2 temperatures, 55 and 70, started very cold and rose to 70. I had to manually reset, which went back to 55. The room was clean and well maintained. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful.
1 night stay while we were in town for a wedding. About all I can say good is it was a clean bed to sleep in. Older hotel in much need of a remodel.
