Staff is totally amazing really good people. The rooms are a little small, but the comfort of the rooms make up for the size plus the rooms are very cozy and it feels like home. The showers at most hotels has hardly any water pressure, but here the water pressure is great.
Booked here. When I got in my room. MY ac sounds like a garbage disposal. Loud and obnoxious. I go ask the young lady if there is another room. She says all the rooms have the same air conditioners. I try to explain that there is something wrong with It and she absolutely refused to help. She only stated that she would tell maintenance tomorrow.so I have been laying here listening to this loud grinding for 4 hours now. There is a reason noone likes red roof
Management and the staff are very friendly and helpful and nice. Reasonable rates. On site laundry, vending, ice, nice clean rooms comfortable beds mini fridge and microwave large nice TV's and direct TV free wi-fi and pet friendly. Would highly recommend
