Towels need to be bleached or replaced. Pillows on bed were flattened and hard! Bed squeaks every time you roll over! Good mattress but did not have a great sleep. Also had a double queen room, only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloth s. No Kleenex. Also, tub needs a good scrub! No coffee maker in room.

Room was nice and clean comfortable. The guy at the desk in the morning was rude, disrespectful and talked like you were a three year old child that couldn't understand anything.
My family and I had a terrible experience at this hotel (6765 Pottery Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29303). Upon arrival, we immediately found the room to be extremely dirty, unsanitary, and unsafe — with stains, foul odors, and a poorly maintained bathroom. There was no way we could stay there, especially with our baby. We asked for a refund, but the hotel refused to issue one, despite the unacceptable conditions.
