My family and I had a terrible experience at this hotel (6765 Pottery Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29303). Upon arrival, we immediately found the room to be extremely dirty, unsanitary, and unsafe — with stains, foul odors, and a poorly maintained bathroom. There was no way we could stay there, especially with our baby. We asked for a refund, but the hotel refused to issue one, despite the unacceptable conditions. Writing a review about this place at 4am in the morning... for one the room isn't great, very run down however its become an absolute nightmare. Just when i think i can go to sleep more people are outside partying at 4am outside of our room. Im actually genuinely surprised that no one else has complained just tonight, usually i do not even care if there is partiers but i can not sleep at all.
