We reserved a room online and they called us the night of the check in saying there was no room available. Reservation was completely useless
No water bottles in room, no cups. Urine stains on floor tile at toilet. Repair to bathroom wall unpainted. TV remote does not match TV.
Yeah this red roof was ehhh. Staff sleeping on the job. Nobody ever at the desk. Always in the other room, you gotta go and get them from the other room so you can pay. It’s hard enough to get sleep as it is in this economy and the hotel staff randomly knocking on your door talking about they need to do inspections. You got kids, probably don’t come here.
