roaches in the hometown room (142) so watch out. If they’re a kitchenette try to avoid at all cost. I asked to switch rooms which they informed me at 12 noon & my new room still wasn’t ready after 2+ hours “the housekeeping team is running behind”. elevators are always down too. room service is trash, you have to request towels & clean linen 4-7 times a day & even still they don’t show up. so beware.

Horrible roaches and ants in the rooms they gave 0 Compensation I had the person next to me tell me how the seen roaches in his room to never come back ever again horrible experience

Not a safe place to stay. No soap, no hair dryer, no anything. We stayed here on vacation for two nights. Its seems to be a long term rental, the halls were filled with weed smoke and at all hours you can hear the different domestic disputes happening in the hallways and rooms. On the second night we came in from a long day remembering that we were out of toilet paper. We waited in a room full of others for 15 minutes while the phones rang continuously. I checked out of the establishment due to unacceptable living conditions. The premises were infested with roaches, and there were visible signs of illicit activities, including prostitution. Additionally, it appeared that some individuals posing as hotel guests were actually long-term tenants. As a result, I was forced to seek alternative accommodations at a different hotel.
