The worst place to book with. Previous review listed here about going to Sonesta is the move. Do not book here. Elevator does not work, front desk is rude, always out of TP, they do not issue refunds, weekly rate does not exist. They will change the nightly rate, if they just feel like they don’t like you. Two separate families experienced it while we’re all in the lobby. Whether you’re on vacation, homeless, on business trip, you all deserve respect, a clean room, and your life not put at risk. Simple.
short man at the front should not work at the front, he is constantly disrespectful.
It’s affordable and clean ! They upgraded over the past year too.
