This place is terrible they have BED BUGS and ROACHES . They have a nasty pond next to it the make the outside of it stink and uncomfortable the staff isn’t really helpful at all , that will hassle u about your refund or cancel . Do not stay here unless u wanna leave with bed bugs or roaches. And they are on every floor throughout the building so don’t think u can’t go to another floor or other side of building
The manger is very rude i checked out on 3rd floor with Redroof inn and they had roaches so i checked out and made a reservation for the home town studio i paid for my room and the deposit his employee told me they had to clean a room for me so i was sitting in the lobby on the phone having a conversation with my brother he asked me why i was checking out i said because they had roaches on the 3rd floor the manger was having a conversation with a customer and assume i jump in their conversation but I was on the phone he is v... read more
This was my first time going to Michigan and I stayed in this hotel, and as I was staying there, I kept seeing ants all over the place. They were not keeping the place clean. Their beds were Heavy and hard. I would not recommend this. I wish I could give it a half a star or none at all. I asked for a refund I even settled for $100 since I stayed there cause I didn’t have any other place to go they wouldn’t even do that.
Absolutely horrible. No breakfast, dirty elevators, smelly carpet, screens messed up for windows, bath rack for towels fell off the wall while using the toilet, bathroom not cleaned properly, had room with kitchen that had no pots, cooking utensils, no dishes, glasses, housekeeping came in room despite sign saying privacy do not enter, dogs barkiy, no hand soap, not shampoo or body wash in the shower containers, second day roaches was everywhere so we checked out, didn't stay the full five nights, wall sockets covers broken.... read more
