There was no water available to drink. Only a plastic bag was given to put ice in. I'm grateful to God for the journey of peace and love.

I’m intown from Ohio weekly. Great location for me only 2 issues I have 1. I don’t always get the room I booked. Usually a down grade & 2nd why the deposit I’ve stayed at other red roofs when this 1 in Southfield is sold out & none charge a Deposit. Actually correction. The older lady that works afternoon/Evenings always has on a face mask charges me a $100 Deposit. Nobody else does

Not a great experience. We booked through a third party, called ahead to confirm the reservation, and upon arrival did not get the room we booked and had to leave (not enough beds for our family). The entire place- hallway, in the room, in the lobby- smelled of cigarettes. The person behind the counter seemed to be doing multiple jobs and seemed too busy and wasn't particularly friendly. She wasn't rude and even gave us a full refund when I told her we needed a different room or to go somewhere else.

At 7:15am i was told.They ran out of breakfast bags, whatever that is. I look outside.All the cars are still here. Bedhead stains on sheets and pillows. Outside looks pretty ghetto. Very upset about breakfast.
