NOT a good experience! Not the worst hotel experience I've had in my lifetime, but definitely not a good experience. We had booked a nonrefundable room so we were stuck. We booked the hotel for the price and because it had free breakfast. When we arrived, we were told they did NOT have breakfast due to a "kitchen issue" and no, there would be no discount for that. It is clear that is a lie because you can still have a waffle maker, toast, fruit, cereal, etc. with no kitchen. They are simply lying on the postings to draw peop... read more
Fine for a night.
It was a very nice room
They refusing give our money back after we checked out early they had over 24 hours notice we were checking out few days early they are very rude and shady . Well we are getting a lawyer and all the phone calls and interactions were recorded. Shameful behavior and we are calling corporate and better business bureau
