Horrible experience all around. super squeaky bed. ac barely working. They offered us a box fan or to switch rooms but we are already settled with all of our things unloaded. asked for wash cloths and towels, currently still waiting and it's been 45 minutes. Valet so very slow. returned to hotel and waited about 15 minutes for someone to even come out to park our car. restaurant breakfast was disgusting. ordered steak and eggs, well done. over half of steak was burned and black and other pieces were raw. we definitely won't be coming back here.
