The room was ok. Some updates had been made which helped with the appearance. The shower and bed were fantastic. The “grab and go” breakfast was awful.
I called them and they are not pet friendly when it is dogs only, these hotels that advertise pet friendly in my opinion is false advertisement when other pets such as guinea pigs aren't allowed, and why not? These animals remain in enclosure which is a cage, Anyone with common sense would keep this animal from free roamed on floor area, so if a responsible person wants to get away from a hurricane, don't guinea pigs have a right to be safe, I would not mind paying the fee per pig, I know animal fee is charged, Why don't the... read more
STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE! (BEDBUGS,ROACHES, AND BLACK MOLD) On a work trip after driving 6 hours I was ready just to relax and nap. Dealing with multiple homeless outside along with the staff checking it wasn't looking to be a great experience. After checking the bed I was ok enough until my partner discovered a dead bedbug, by that point we removed the bedding to find multiple bedbug fecal spots. They where able to work with us and get us properly in a room. The room is clean and well kept. Location is local to hwy and bus transit. And the bed sheets provided on the bed are amazing then other I've been on.
