I’ve been staying at Red Roof for about two weeks and listen to me ya’ll… I AM BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! Look at a few of my other reviews. The entire staff is amazing! Very helpful! So nice and very patient might I add. One particular front desk manager, Mr. Pavan, he is knowledgeable about Red Roof. He is helpful. It’s a 5 STAR review for me. I drive from Charlotte to stay here instead of what my company provides. Its always clean, comfortable and rather quiet.
It’s clean, breakfast is available, and there is hot coffee. Overall, whenever I stay at Red Roof, I like the price and I can always be sure that the bed linens and towels are clean, which is very important for a good night’s sleep.
My stay was Peaceful room was clean beds comfortable there was problem with TV due to new cable installed but it was corrected Pavan the front desk manager was Great lobby clean and nice fresh hot coffee Thank You Mr.Pavan !
I don't know what all the complaints are about. I stayed here 5 days and had no problems. It was quiet, lots of places within walking distance. The rooms were nice and clearly being updated. The service room workers were also very kind. Office staff were genuinely nice and definitely helpful given my circumstances. I would definitely stay here again!! For the money it was definitely worth it.
