I stayed at the Red Roof Inn recently and had a terrible experience. I discovered bed bugs in the room, and upon inspection, noticed there was no full mattress cover, which is basic hygiene and pest prevention. I reported it to the staff, and while they did remove the pet fee, that was the only action they took. Staff were friendly, location is close to shopping and eateries. Room was decent. I can see the attempt to upkeep ( paint) but ceilings did have peeling paint.it was a comfortable stay, price point was good. Free coffee danish yogurt can’t complain at the rate
