We were hoping for a clean room, nothing fancy. We pre-booked this motel on a road trip based on a recommendation from Google Gemini. I should know better than to listen to AI! This hotel was filthy and infested with cockroaches. We found two live roaches on the walls in our room after we had settled in and were in bed. Didn't have the best stay...first had issues getting the cards to work properly...after 3 trips to the service desk, we were finally able to get into our room....I like the fact that they are pet friendly but one person brought their dog to their room and dropped it off and left...we had to listen to barking for over an hour...not a lot of sleep...no mirror in our bathroom area
