I came here for the storm the wind took over my room and I also purchased a room oct 15 my money was taken and I was told that rooms were sold out am I due for 2 refunds please help

Maintenance Maintenance Maintenance!!!! That is what's need for this place. The building is outdated and could use a uplift. If you are not aware, this is a pet friendly place...so beware of dogs. Upon arrival, like many stated, there is a unusual smell in the lobby area. The 1st room I stayed in also had a terrible smell that bothered me so I sprayed a lot of Lavender Lysol. When I say I've came to town to look after my family and was very questionable about where to stay at an affordable rate. However, here, miss adrina, Sierra has been amazing from their customer service to their knowledgeableness about the pricing. As well as their overall customer service has been amazing. Their helpfulness is above experience 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Come see these young, ladies and let them get you situated to be comfortable as your life can consume!!!!
