the front desk lady couldn't go grab my 2 year old a little thing of milk at 2 am when I asked! she said I have to wait till breakfast! she told me go across the street to get milk! i paid good money to stay here and was about to get another night till that! I'm never staying here again! lost a customer and I travel a lot. I'm about to book another night somewhere else. you all aren't hospitable to your customers! I'm pist!
I am a budget friendly kind of girl. This one was in my budget --- and had GREAT ratings on trip advisor. We didn't want to stay right in downtown Pensacola and this was close enough to what we wanted to do. Upon checking in, the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. We were supplied with extra towels right away. The room we stayed in was clean. We were provided with a continential breakfast in the morning (bagels, muffins, cereal and fruit). We arrived September 8th EVACUATION from Crystal River. I had called September 5th and got 5 rooms. They were the most accommodating staff. We kept increasing our days as IRMA WAS MOVING SLOW. We left today September 12th. Rhonda. Chris, Dana the entire staff was wonderful. It didn't matter who you ran into they went out of their way to make us comfortable (WE DIDN'T KNOW IF WE MIGHT LOSE OUR HOMES). I highly recommend it and so do the other 10 members of our group. The Staff was wonderful and understanding. Came up from the Vero Beach area on family health business and they treated us like family. Only things: I-10 construction was sometimes noisy and a not the best TV reception on a couple channels. A couple more chairs/benches outside would be helpful. Overall: 8
We were forced into the Red Roof Inn during a tornado warning. They had pulled everyone down from the upper levels and they were in the lobby. The staff was amazing. They stayed calm and collected while answering all the questions that were thrown at them. We got the last room, but they didn't turn anyone away who was looking for shelter. Even after it was deemed safe to leave they let people stay as long as necessary. Very nice hotel, quiet at night. Rooms are very comfortable. Good wi fi.
We stayed there last week for five days. We didnt have a fridge or microwave in the room asked for a fridge and they said they would move one in never did that we had to use our ice chest, First two days they serviced our room and the other three never did, We had to go get towels every nite when we came in trash was in the room for three days.
