Very nice and staff was awesome.
Stayed here 2 nights, they did accommodate us and changed our room to first floor due to broken elevator. Great location, only minutes from Chenango Blues Fest. Upon returning from being at Festival all day our room was never cleaned. Went to front desk and asked why, she said they only clean rooms every 3 days. So apparently for spending over $250/night we got full trash cans, dirty towels, etc.
Broken elevator. No hot water
So I'm giving 2 stars only because the room was extremely clean, kudos to your housekeeping staff for that! That being said I had some travel delays and called the hotel to let them know I would be later than booked but at no point did they tell me that the elevators were out of service. This should have been reiterated to all guests staying. I finally check in and I am on the 3rd floor, mind you the hotel was not full. I asked if I could be on a lower floor as I travel for work with 50lb pelican cases and luggage. This was ... read more
