Amazing service and friendly staff
Room was clean, WiFi was inoperable or as a minimum unable to find, TV was "not connected" on duty desk person used had to use a second remote to get TV on line then after a couple hours Somene requested to use Apple play app and the request came up on our TV along with the person's PIN. The Air Conditioner didn't work. So room was hot all night. Windows were painted shut deadbolt on door didn't work.
Room smell, dirty, and rusty. Only provide 2 towels even though pay for 3 guests. Can’t get hot water for a long time before hot water available.
Management is great Very friendly staff !!!
