First of all the pictures do not show what this place actually is, I don’t really rate much but this hotel was the worse stay I’ve ever had, first of all there was some shady people their, looks like they were selling some substance there, bunch of homeless around and looked like there are people living in some of the rooms, the rooms were absolutely dirty, smelly and grimy, tv did not work, Fridge did not work, there was no shampoo or body wash in the restroom and since I was staying there two days I let the staff know that... read more
We had a issue but Monica who has been there 12 years was so great!!
Amazing service and friendly staff
Room was clean, WiFi was inoperable or as a minimum unable to find, TV was "not connected" on duty desk person used had to use a second remote to get TV on line then after a couple hours Somene requested to use Apple play app and the request came up on our TV along with the person's PIN. The Air Conditioner didn't work. So room was hot all night. Windows were painted shut deadbolt on door didn't work.
