Extremely friendly staff. The front desk clerk, James on 3rd shift, was absolutely a much needed and super appreciated wonderful blessing who helped turn the Vacay from Hell a complete 360! Definitely the only place ill stay when visiting again. Thank you all so much.
🪳🪳🪳⚠️⚠️⚠️The location is about the best thing going. We woke up to cock roaches everywhere! When we told the front desk, their response was that they will let management know.....🤣🤯 . Looks like a trending thing with the roaches, numerous reviews repeating the same thing. I wondered why they said they didnt serve breakfast or any food 😆🪳🪳🪳 The health department would definitely find them very active

Warning to travellers with pets- there is now a pet fee at this location. We exclusively stay at Red Roofs with our dogs because they have always been pet friendly with no cost for pets. More concerning than the fee itself was that our room stank of pet dander which was really unpleasant. If a hotel charges extra for pets then their cleaning practices should reflect that. Would not stay here again.
Sorry to say very disappointed here 1 night to attend funeral for family member the place appears to be clean and nice but my room have roaches in bathroom when you turn light on they are running all around on floor 😡 and sleep area😡😡 I can’t sleep November 14 2025
