I have had nothing but good experiences here, and feel this hotel is a great deal for the price! Have stayed here several times. Really comfortable beds, safe parking,clean rooms. The front desk staff, especially Bobby, are always friendly and helpful. It's also great that they allow pets. There are great restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, anything you need nearby. Love this place and definitely love the staff who all work here. Its in a great location off the parade route plus has so much places to go too and eat and ship! Will definitely stay here again
At the front desk and Linda was very helpful very careful exceptional with me and my family I wish I had this type of experience at every other place I experience.
0 stars service and rooms were horrible. I switched 4 rooms within less than 24 hours First room had an electrical problem and the box was crackling. second room had stains over walls and sheets. Third room has mold on the ceiling. 4th room there was a continuous leak in the tub. I addressed the multiple issues and they proceeded to tell me I had to check out and there was no other option I am homeless with a 10 month old and these are safety hazards out of this world and they don’t even have the proper professional customer... read more
