You couldn't pay me to stay here, unless it was in the parking lot and that was pretty sketchy too. We basically checked in and checked right back out. You gotta do better in this day and age. Front office to check in wreaked of cigarette smoke and was an smidgen of what was to come...
The "man" with an attitude at the front desk needs to find another job. Insulting people, called me slow, he must hate his life or be miserable, told me go sit down, like a dog.. oh and WEED on the desk 🤣 🤦♂️Look, this guy was lucky there were cameras all around. I'm calling corporate later today, he gave me a room that wasn't cleaned yet, and when the cleaning ladies knocked, they knew he did it on purpose. They were nice ... Better location than RRI Westbank for folks traveling with pets or kids.
As other reviews say, don’t stay here unless you need to. Definitely don’t stay here if you have children with you—mold alert. I’ll start by saying that when we first went to the front desk to check in, the receptionist, Bobby, was extremely friendly and charismatic. He was asking about our plans, talking about all the local festivals and events, and was genuinely very outgoing and welcoming. He was definitely one of the best parts of our stay.
