I hate this place it’s absolutely atrocious. The people here are rude and disgusting and they have a Caucasian man with a cast on his foot who walks around grumpy and curses and say racial slurs to you when he comes to your room. They are nasty and I have pics of roaches and rats in my room. And they have BED BUGS! I literally hate it here!
The lights didn't work but was offset by the fact that the TV wouldn't turn off so we had a permanent night light. Curtains weren't wide enough to close entirely so one side always had light blaring in. Sheets were clean. This place has clearly been abused over the years and has a long list of deferred maintenance which included a broken toilet seat, cracked doors, missing smoke detectors, and much much more. The staff was very friendly which was a plus and the location near the airport was great for a quick layover.
This place is gross from the lobby to the elevators to the room. We walked in and turned around and walked right out! The gentleman at the front desk did apologize for the hotel being nasty. 😷
