Smelled like mold, there was mold above the doorway to the exit door. Hot tub wasn't working. Shower (water trickled like light rain and didn't stay hot more than 5 minutes) and bathroom faucets were loose and moving, the room didnt seem ready for guests, no soap or kleenex. Got a room with the view of the lower roof and the hotel wasn't even 1/3 occupied. They doing oot of work but still nice place to stay restaurant near by. Employees were helpful
Awful! When I booked the room on their website it offered me a crib for my 1 year old. When we got there they said they don't have cribs there. Guy at front desk was rude, told me it was my own fault & I should of called the hotel to make sure they had it. Slept on the pullout sofa with her, which was basically springs with a little bit of material around them. Hotel refuses to do anything about it. Not worth the expensive price tag to stay there.
Rooms were very dirty and smelled horrible. Lamp shade by the bed had stains all over it. When a/c turned on it smelled like urine. Vent in the bathroom was very dirty and partially hanging off of ceiling. I will never stay here again and I will not recommend anyone to stay here. Wii Fi did not work properly. I will gladly pay an extra $100 a night to stay some where else.
worst experience in a long time. room smelled like a wet dog, there were holes in the walls and carpet, hot tub out of order with no repair in sight, which was the primary reason for picking this hotel. the breakfast was decent, although I had to wait for one of the staff to need a refill before we had any coffee. the pool was rather dirty and there was a vodka bottle and a blunt roach on the table. fortunately we didn't have our kids with us.
