Tv don't work. I have called three times. The first two times the lady said to give your time and she will send somebody to help. But nobody showed up. The third time a guy answered and said he can't help me. That he will just let the manager know. I paid all this money for a room but can't watch tv. This is ridiculous.Can't get nobody to help out. Will not stay here again

Ok so here is the thing this would have gotten a 5 stars from me had I gotten the great service 2nd time as I did 1st time we stayed here 2 times once for 5 days that was great. All I need in a room is a comfortable bed and hot water, it had that. While the outside of the room looked out dated and worn down and cheap the inside was great. Our beds were so soft and comfortable. The housekeeping was great and staff was friendly. A week later we came back through and decided to stay again because of the comfortable bed. Jetted tub area had fake eyelashes stuck to the tile,extensive door damages in bathroom. Bedcovers had cigarette holes. Called for housekeeping to fix the issue and directly after cleaning tub area cleaning staff used same cleaning cloth on top of fridge and table where my things were..talk about gross
