I would not recommend this hotel, complaints about my dogs when they did not do anything. Said I didn't pick up the dog poop and mind you there was other dogs shit all over the place but I did pick up after the dogs that I could find in the snow. Bathroom floor water around tub and commode, a truly nasty place to stay
Staff was really friendly also helped me with the card when it wasn’t working
Could use soap in the rooms. Staff helpful though. Good spot for Navy RTC graduation with a shuttle service
From the time we booked our room and arrived at the hotel , the staff were very polite and helpful. This was our first trip to Chicago and they made us feel right at home
