Excelente trato el hotel está súper accesible para la base de Great Lakes, muy limpio, buen olor en las habitaciones, limpieza diaria y el personal del front desk siempre dispuestos a ayudar, me encantó el hecho de que es un hotel smoke free. Verdaderamente lo recomiendo y volvería, claro que si!!!!!!
I found 3 (suspected) cockroaches in my room in one day, had used shampoo and no conditioner, no hand soap, and when I used the hand towel I left and came back later that day and saw the same dirty folded like it was clean….also when I walked in one bed wasn’t made. And the parking lot definitely could be redone… But the location was convenient, and the main desk guy knew what he was talking about
