Could use soap in the rooms. Staff helpful though. Good spot for Navy RTC graduation with a shuttle service
From the time we booked our room and arrived at the hotel , the staff were very polite and helpful. This was our first trip to Chicago and they made us feel right at home
All I can say is, you get what you pay for, it’s great value for your dollar. I would come again!
During our stay at your property we experienced roaches in our room. It was late night and we roughed it and dealt with the problem the best we could getting little sleep before attending our daughter's naval graduation. The next day we were offered another room which was better in the aspect of no pests, yet the door didn't fit the frame, the safety latch on the door was barely being held on by one screw, the other screw was more than halfway out and could be screwed by hand. I made this reservation purely for the convenience of what was around. Knowing that a hotel that was cheaper and not a 5 star place I might regret. However, zero regrets. I was in town for my son’s boot camp graduation. There was 7 of us. Going all different directions. I had things delivered, kids picked up and dropped off from Taxis and Uber.
