Please get the rooms sprayed for beg bugs, I had to go str8 home and was everything. I seen 2 of the bugs and i have a photo of it, couldn't sleep without waking up every 5 mins wondering if its crawling on me!!

Upon checking in around 11pm . Walking into the room water all over floor and bathroom floor. Bed lining had burnt marks, bed bugs, spider. Spoke with lady on shift said manager should be walking in at any moment. She walked to the room and said this is bad. Sorry but no refund really but you can speak with manager. After speaking with manager he is mad say room is good even after she told him all the problems and she is your employee, Manager well you can check out but can give a refund. Again really!! I asked for a room with a large tub. Im a large man 286lbs. The desk clerk found me a room and agreed to a price that was exactly what I could afford. Polite,professional and helpful. A nice change to some of the other motels in the biloxi area. Air conditioning works GOOD. Bed is clean and the floor is too. The water temperature in the tub was as hot as I like it. I like it HOT. The new owners and management are doing a wonderful job.
