Horrifying. Ceiling leaked on u when u used the toilet, tub wouldn't drain, breakfast was half a gallon of milk not refrigerated. Horrifying
I'll update after my stay in complete. Homeless with children, and they can't even fix the fridge after almost 200 bucks.. Ruined food and hot drinks.
Here for a anniversary. Stayed over the weekend, downstairs in the back and I wanna say these people are amazing. The little manager chick and her front desk workers are pretty awesome for a red roof, I mean it ain't the Hilton but it ain't old motel 6 either as far as the guest in these here reviews who said they got attacked by bedbugs well my 2 rooms for my people & Me did not have none at all and I would know cause a motel in the bay saint Louis area had them and they do NOT cause black n blue marks. Stephanie, Haven, Sue, Mindy, Britt, Kiki, Marguerite & the rest of the Red Roof Inn staff are more than 5 star amazing. I have been here for awhile now, I left a unsafe motel a few buildings down to come here. Stephanie the manager is kind & courteous but she is also professional. She does her job but she is also accommodating. She takes care of her guest every need to the best of her abilities, just like her front desk staff.
