There were bed bugs!!!!!!! They said they didnt see them so we had to catch one & show them! Wow who wants to set on a bed or chair after a bed bug crawls on u just to catch one? Hell no! Thats a chance of getting one in your clothes or belongings! ! They r fast soon as they feel slightest movement & sense light they hide bit there is the blood spots, & all signs of them under matress & under chair coushion in room 113!!
NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!! We paid for one of the themed rooms. Room was not ready when we got here and we were late arriving....big stains on sheets. Had to have them replaced immediately...toilet broke that my hubby fixed himself.....woke up around 2 am and front hall way door was wide open....how .... I have absolutely no idea. Couldn't sleep after that....back hurting now due to bed being uncomfortable...NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!! Definately not worth $160 a night!

Overall had a great stay!! We were in the Space Odyssey room building C..hot tub was oh so relaxing..spaceship bed was neat..I would say some updating needs done and a bit more cleaning..our room was fine but the laundry room (people live there) and by one of the exit doors kind of nasty ..not many tv channels to choose from..radio missing dials but we managed..need some carpet..floor was oh so cold..jet dial in the wrong place..had to get out of tub to get to..one exit door is left open so anyone can walk right in..housekee... read more
This dump is a joke! Reserved 2 rooms for 4 nights for the Indy 500. Upon arrival we started the check-in process which was going along fine until the clerk went to the back came back out with some man who couldn't speak english, was told credit card didnt go through, then changed his story three more times, long story short, he didn't like the price of the rooms that I had booked through orbitz and wanted to raise the price of our rooms to 50.00 a night.
