My 1st review came in right after checking in. That guy was very nice!! The room was very dirty, the bathroom sink didn’t drain, I had to spit my brushing teeth in a cup then to the toilet, the 4’ x 4’ rug was completely solid wet in front of the door, the heater no matter what setting the heat was hot. It was on or off all night to get comfortable. I didn’t take a shower because of all the stuff that creep me out. The tv was small. Never again!! Should have spent $25 more

guy behind counter ignored me while he spoke to an employee rather than acknowledge me and say he will be with me shortly. then gave me only one card key which I had to get reprogrammed later. the tub was clogged and im sure the cleaning people knew. black mold in the bathroom is very dangerous. long black hair in one of the 2 beds. no elevator but was given 2nd story room. holes in the walls, broken furniture. this place is a dump.

One of the WORST stays I've ever had. Bed sheets, blankets and pillow cases were all stained. It was disgusting having to sleep on them. Multiple pieces of furniture had chunks of wood / laminate missing. The room had a tiny desk, but no chair to sit on to use it. Had to borrow one from the lobby, and still didn't fit well in the tiny room. Leftover package of frozen chicken in the fridge/freezer from a previous guest. The only thing going for this place was location. Was absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. As soon as you walked in there was some sort of wall fixture or something leaning against the wall with skrews sticking out of it. The floor was just dirty and sticky in general. There is no way it was swept/moped. There were cigarette butts on the heater, holes from cigarette burns in the blanket. You do get what you pay for, the room had a bad smell that gave me a headache after 15 minutes, the mirror was dirty, burn marks on the bathtub, looked as the room wasn’t cleaned very well either before me still had dog hair on the floor. It was so bad that I ended up sleeping in my vehicle at the meijer parking lot. I did not ask for a refund I just wanted to get somewhere more clean and suitable.
