Me, my finance and our dog needed a room for the night. After seeing online your location in Gaffney, SC was perfect for our travels. I made a reservation online. I clicked the “traveling with pet” box & checked in a little after 2. The lady at the desk was rude from the start. I told her I had a dog & she put me in a smoking room so I assumed that was why. The Indian lady that was here on Saturday, July 12th at 2pm was severely rude and her attitude was nasty towards me. I had an issue and needed to leave the residence I was staying at so I booked the hotel. I asked if there was anyway to check in early and I was willing to pay but she said absolutely NOT.
