RecommendedWe had to stay there for a few weeks because our house flooded and the whole staff was wonderful and very friendly!! The ladies that clean the rooms even went and bought my little girls Valentine’s Day gifts. They made us feel so special!!
Booked a queen suite for my family (2 adults, 4 kids) almost 3 wks in advance. Called ahead to say we’d be a late check-in and to confirm reservation would be held. Arrived tonight after 9 hours of travel at 11:30pm and was given a room with 2 queen beds— not what we reserved. When I complained, I was told “we are sorry for the inconvenience. We can give you reward points, or you can cancel and find somewhere else to stay.” 😱 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT STAY HERE.
