Had a terrible experience with this Red Roof location. I booked through Expedia and unfortunately wasn't interested. When I was no longer interested, the Expedia representative wasn't able to reach out to them for a refund. I drove down the location to get it handled, the front desk manager Khalid came off rude and disrespectful to say "I will not help you if you change your attitude". Front desk Mr. Khalid is one of the best always a friendly smiling face Mr. Nik and Ms Connie are very helpful and friendly in resolving any issues. Best spot in this area
This one was an absolutely not! Furniture is room was disgusting and the floor was stained and dirty. One look at the chair in our room and we were ready to leave. The whole seat was stained brown. Bunch of random people wandering around the parking lot. We left immediately.
