Requested and paid for a ground floor unit. upon arrival i wasn't given what i paid for. the front desk clerk was rude with a nasty attitude. when I Requested a refund i was told "you ain't getting no refund" . despite what my receipt said was that I paid for 2 nights and had to struggle up steps to room. i didn't stay 2nd night the room was nasty. they are liars. i submitted a complaint with attorney general office and they lied. in their response i have paper to substantiate my booking which was not given to me. they don't... read more
