Upon arrival the TV had to be programmed and the lamp didn't work. Staff came up to fix both immediately

I stayed at this Red Roof Inn for over three weeks, and as a Red Roof Rewards member, I honestly expected to be treated with at least some respect. Instead, my stay was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms are poorly maintained — I saw roaches, there was visible mold in the room, and the air felt damp and musty no matter how much I cleaned or aired it out. I spent 4 nights here with my parntner and the room we stayed in was a king bedroom. The TV did not work for the entirety of our stay. The bathroom had dirt and cobwebs all over and the soap dispenser did not work either. There was two towels and washcloths for two people and were not replaced during the entirety of our stay because we did not have room service at all.
