Horrible! Floor, sheets, tub, microwave, breakfast attendants, very dirty. My socks were black from walking on the floor. Microwave sounded like it was going to burn up. Breakfast attendant had a a dirty sweat shirt that had drool stains, he smelled terrible, did not respond to greetings, and looked like he hadn't bathed in a year.
The room was not clean. We 1st noticed the cobwebs on the wall. The bathroom mirror still had splash marks and had not been cleaned. The toilet was disgusting inside and at the base. There was a piece of a fake eyelash on the floor behind the toilet. When I closed the bathroom door there was a soap bar trash on the floor which proves they didn't mop or clean the floor. Walked in the room and right away saw trash on the floor, stains on the bed and food smeared on the coffee table. I picked it because it’s close to where I need to be but nope definitely not staying here!! Wow what a response, I asked for my money back and nope you guys didn’t. So I changed my service rating to one only because there is no zero.
1st room door locked was a large gap. Went and got another room it was nasty and smelt of urine
Horrible hotel,nunca me había quedado en un hotel tan deteriorado,sucio,apestoso,las sábanas,la sobrecama sucias manchadas desde maquillaje hasta no se que más fluidos,la puerta del baño no cerraba estaba quebrada,olía horrible a cigarro y a pura suciedad en el buro como que se les tiro un refresco así lo dejaron el piso también bien sucio,me puse a limpiar con toallas húmedas algunas partes porque me daba asco,lo malo que no puede uno decir nada porque no nos entendemos por el inglés y yo hablo español,no se queden ahí no s... read more
