I am in existing Redicard member of Red Roof Inn hotels. I'm very unhappy with the rooms here. For one, I saw several roaches in the broom and when I reported it to the front desk they didn't bother with moving me or refunding my money. I expected expanded cable but there were a lot of channels missing. I book in accessible king with a microwave and refrigerator but instead received a superior King. I was told it was an upgrade. This was the worst Red Roof Inn!!!
This is the worst place to stay. I stayed in a rm that had used condoms on the floor under the bed. I left the rm n my dog was there when I came back there was used condoms on the floor by the bed. My dog had found them under the beds. My 5 yr old son seen them. I called the office and the only thing they wanted to do was switch me rooms. That meant I had to pack my son up n everything I had brought up there. I was highly disappointed at them. Then they refused to give me corporates number. This hotel is absolutely the worst I have ever been in. Here are my issues: My concern is the health issues. 1) Room reeked of mold 2) Mold on ceiling above window 3) Bath tub so filthy we did not take a shower because it was so dirty..we waited until we got home 9 hrs later the next day. 4) Towels and sheets were wet from the dampness in the room-even with the a/c on when we arrived the sheets and towels were actually wet.
