Katelyn at the front desk is always on point. Kind, courteous, calm, & if I had a business I would hire her. Same with Tina. I went to my room & was have a bit of an issue opening the door. Tina cam directly over to help me. I'm so impressed with the customer service & cleanliness of rooms. Thank you so much
Pros: Quiet, clean, no pet fees, good price. Cons: Broken door lock, another occupant complaining because my dog barked a few times at 8:30 am. It's a Red Roof Inn. If you don't want to experience barking dogs, stay somewhere else, for Pete's sake!
We stayed for 3 days and had 2 rooms. One room was clean the second room needed attention, the tv was difficult to use and there was no phone in the room. During our 3 days they never came in to clean, change towels or empty trash. I had to go down and personally request for them to refill the coffee in the rooms. Location was great and we felt safe where it was located.
