The whole place desperately needs updating, but there’s no excuse for the filth. The bathroom in our room had not been cleaned AT ALL. The clerk showed us three other rooms and the situation was the same. (I give him credit for trying to help.) In addition, the carpeting in the halls and stairs clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in days (or weeks!). There was dust and litter (as in sugar packets and coffee stirrers) everywhere. Just disgusting. Hard to imagine how or why they keep this place open. Where’s management???
Room was clean enough. Only slept under top sheet. Soap makes you feel sticky. You needed to body check our door to open it . Not the worst, not the best, definitely mediocre.
The hotel was very dirty. When we got our room the tub was soo dirty we asked the front guy if we can get another room he said they don’t have any more rooms after showing the pictures of tub he gave us room.He lied before they don’t have any more room. Customer service was not friendly at all.
