We arrived at the hotel late at night and were desperate for bed. Everything seemed OK until I pulled back the duvet on the bed to discover that the sheets were unclean. The sheets were disgusting, with stains and human hair on them. I asked the night manager, and he said we couldn't have another room and sent a janitor over to do change the sheets. I highly recommend the Red roof inn Westlake in Cleveland Ohio, the rooms were absolutely amazingly clean and our pets were totally comfortable there!
Red Roof is a nice well maintained hotel. The staff was super friendly. They were able to get me a room last minute when another hotel booking fell through unexpectedly the day I needed to be at a music festival in North Ridgeville. Their fees are very reasonable and there were no hidden charges on my booking. My room was clean and well kept. Will definitely be booking with these guys again the next time I make a trip in the area.
