The staff was helpful,friendly and very polite. The rooms and grounds are well maintained,everything was clean and in good repair.

Westlake is a very affluent suburb I anticipated a better facilities, Especially the Godsmack rate they Expect! The energy there is also low!
My stay was very positive! Staff seem nice and accommodating to the people staying. Cleanliness in the room was upkept, I didn't notice any major problems or issues. AC could be adjusted a little more, especially since it was excruciatingly hot and humid at the time i stayed. No breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants and such surrounding the area.
