I'd give the room a 4 if it were clean..mostly it was clean but light switches walls next to light switches, hair dryer, around toilet were soiled..I used a rag with water n it wiped off..so no excuse there. Went to pop popcorn and the plate was filthy n had mold spores growing on it..otherwise the rest was clean. Also, knocked off a star for no coffee in room.
We found bed bugs in our room. The floors, undersheets and mattress toppers were dirty and the light switches covered in grime. The attendant at the reservation desk didn't seem to care. Will be contesting the charge through our bank and will never stay here again. Absolutely disgusting service and rooms.
Was supposed to have coffee pot in the deluxe room and didn't. Also no ice bucket and late night no hot water for late night shower. It got hot again about 6am.
Three years ago it was ok for the money. Never will my family stay there rusty handles on the drawers and the fridge was rusty black mold on the ceiling and water stains on the walls.
