Woke up to BED BUGS!!! Obviously over compensating for something with “air fresheners” . I mean the smell in the lobby burned our eyes and rooms weren’t any better. Had to leave the door open for an hour just to be able to enter .Everything was filthy dirty, brought everything to the attention of the attendant at the front desk and they shrugged it off and said “it happens “ . First time at a Red Roof is also our last. Disgusting!

Room had mold on wall there was no smoke detector just wire hanging out of wall very unpleasant smell in room would not refund money so we could stay somewhere else would not stay there again call red roof inn main office and got no satisfaction will never stay at a red roof inn again

Horrible service. Rooms were disgusting. Had mold on the walls, head board and light fixtures. Smoke detectors were missing and wires hanging out of the wall. Pee all over the toilets and floor in the bathroom. Refused to give us a refund.

Front desk was friendly and accommodating, beds weren’t so comfortable & room felt musty.
