I had stayed at this location several times many years ago and it was clean, organized and just wonderful! So of course I thought I would receive the same service this trip. It was awful! Absolutely no room service. When I inquired I was told several times I had to wait for towels and bed linen, due to everything needed to be washed. The hotel looks abandoned and absolutely no upkeep. I had to buy raid for the roaches in my room.

One word for this place. EWWWWW They must have not cleaned the floors for ages. The water is leaking from the sink. Never stay in here for god sake

Credit card was declined twice and had to use another card due to clerk not knowing what to do. I was told they do not have a first floor room but as I was walking to our room there were rooms that were available just looked like they were dirty from the windows. When I walked in I was told that they were two queen beds in the room and they were full size. There were no garbage cans anywhere and the covers and the sheets had stains on them. My friend and I were supposed to spend one night but quickly bailed upon seeing bed bugs, stained ripped sheets and bedding, stained shower (that was still wet??) and in general disgusting. Front desk was aware of issue and frankly did not seemed concerned at all. However they did give us a full refund for which we were very grateful. I would never go there again because of the bedbugs.
