Location is incredible, and lobby was very clean. The room was a bit dirty but great for the price. The courtyard was really nice! Word of warning on the showers: if you’re even remotely tall you may struggle. I’m 5’ 2” and the shower head was at eye level haha. If you have your own towels you may want them too; these were tiny and thin.
They told me my $50 deposit was refunded but I never received it, it has been over a month. The room had cockroaches, I found a bed bug once after they demanded that I let them wash my bedding.. house keepers forced entry multiple times a week, even when I asked them not to. I would not return back to this establishment.
The bathroom needs a redo. Tub was very dirty. Door to bathroom has water damage. Behind Toliet molding is coming off. I won’t be showering that is for sure. Thank god I am just here to sleep. The beds seem clean but seeing the room as it is makes me not feel comfortable.
Stayed here for about a month great location rooms were comfortable great beds once the staff realized I was staying awhile was moved to a more suitable room based on my disability access needs room had full kitchen and felt like a studio great family owned hotel nice caring people would highly recommend
