I could write an essay on the experience I had. 0/10. Charged twice for the incorrect room. Horrible customer service. I would rather sleep under a bridge.
I enjoyed my stay here at the Red Roof for the 2 days I was there. The room was very clean and it had everything from clean towels to clean sheets. The customer service was extraordinary. Ms Marie at the front desk was very helpful and had a great attitude. I wish more hotels had this kind of service. I'll definitely be going back next time I need a hotel. Thanks again Ms Marie and the Red Roof staff.
