Noticed homeless people along with prostitution taking place at the hotel. The hotel management along with law enforcement should be doing a better job enforcing these activities.

Gross!!! Who asks if there are any "unregistered" guests going to be in the room? We were given one room, went in and the pillows had black stuff on them, hair in the beds and stains and cigarette burns on the comforters. Went to request another room and it was worse. There bugs (gnats, lice, who knows) on one bed. I went to request a refund and am getting the run around.
