My bf and I got a hotel with our 10 month old and we wernt even in there for 10 mins before I saw a roach climbing the walls, and we all know they don’t come alone I go to tell my bf and I look at the chair to see another one crawling WE WERE OUT!!! don’t get me wrong customer service was great and the hotel look clean and nice at first but when I really got a look of the rooms there was stains on the bed and bed sheets the floors just felt nasty over all wasn’t clean of baby safe in my opinion so if u do come please keep an... read more
Checked in to our two musty smelling rooms. Killed 2 cockroaches right away in one room, in the other room one got away from me by crawling into the air conditioner. One of the rooms had water coming out of the mini fridge into the water-damaged furniture and onto the floor; it was a huge block of ice melting - we started cleaning it up but gave up. Checked out. Had to ask for the refund; it was not volunteered.
Great service for its price loved staying here everything was clean and great hospitality
