We're too far in the future to have internet slower than dial up in 1995. I called the front desk from my own phone because my room phone doesn't work. He assured me that my problem was not his problem because his phone works. So the fact that I'm struggling to stay connected or use the service at all is just my problem. Hospitality service should be able to handle the basics, water, electric, a bed, and a decent internet connection. Hands down best service I’ve received from ANY RED ROOF INN- I look for these when I’m traveling.Been all over the Country.Its the little things that count.Needed an upgrade,these folk were on it,then Noticed the ac wasn’t quite right,He switched me out fast and wasn’t The least bothered to help at all.Really nice folks,If you’re ever this way,Come give them a try.Thank a million!!!

Not a good stay. The property is old and run down. My room was about 50 yards from the freeway on ramp, so every vehicle getting up to speed to enter the freeway sounded like it was coming through the room. Also, my room was right next to housekeeping and the ice machine. It was impossible to sleep due to noise from people using the ice machine and staff working in Housekeeping.
