NOT RECOMMENDED:I reserved a non smoking room, they give me a smoking stinky room, after i speak w, the lady in charge she give me another room same stinky dirty, they never clean my room in 4 days. after dark you see women walking around offering sex, to the man outside drinking beer. then one exit open the second exit remains lock 24 hrs the hotel was full in case of fire there`s no way to get out fast. also the rooms does not have a smoke detector alarms, I don`t recommend any body to waist their money there. the pics, on... read more
Wonderful! Had an advanced booking for two nights but arrived a day early to avoid traveling in a snowstorm. Staff was gracious and welcoming and gave us the same reduced rate we had paid for the original stay. Room was nicely appointed and very clean. Quiet and calm environment. Staff was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we are here. Thank you, Red Roof Inn Cincinnati Northeast - Blue Ash, for making our visit so enjoyable!
No longer a Best Western and Many Many updates and changes made. Now one of the top places to stay in Galveston!
The staff was excellent, gave us maps, a discount card to local restaurant, brought us extra towels when "time was of the essence."
